The start of her photography adventure began at her own wedding. Sam booked a photographer she knew through acquaintances. "She got me really excited about creating beautiful images," says Sam. The ambition to take photos had been brewing for a while. Sam took a lot of photos on vacation, but this experience made her want to photograph people too.

Where it all began for Samfotografie

When she was expecting their oldest son, she decided to buy her first DSLR camera. This was the moment she decided to do more with photography. She could practice a lot and at the same time take many beautiful photos of her son.

Sam focuses on capturing everything related to children. Families, portraits, newborns, births, and pregnancies. Sam loves children and is very good with babies, which allows her to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere during her photo shoots. "I find that period so vulnerable and beautiful that I like to capture it!" says Sam. In addition, children always provide very spontaneous images.

Sam's Shootstack workflow

After each photo shoot, Sam sends her photos with Shootstack. She tried both Wetransfer and Pixieset before switching to Shootstack. Her workflow with Shootstack is very efficient: she first creates a watermark photo set. This way, customers can easily make their choice. She then edits the selected photos and uploads them again in a new photo set. Then she enables the downloads so that her customers can download the photos in high resolution.
