In Shootstack, you can customize the design of each gallery. This allows you to make your client galleries an extension of your brand as a photographer.

To adjust the design of a gallery, click on the relevant gallery and go to the Design tab to get started.

What can you customize?

Cover Photo

By default, your gallery will use the cover photo of the collection if you have set one. Additionally, you can set a separate photo for each gallery. Go to the Design tab and click on Change Cover and then change to choose a photo from your photo set. You can also adjust the focal point of the cover photo.

Note: Enable the correct photo set(s) in this gallery to choose from the right photos. You can do this in the photo sets tab (next to design).

Gallery Cover

To fully align the gallery with your photoshoot, you can choose from various gallery cover templates. Click on change cover and select the template that suits your gallery.

Font Style

You can also select a font style that matches your brand or this specific gallery. Choose between a more simple font or a more decorative one. All titles in your gallery will be adjusted to this font style.

Color Palette

Select a color palette for your gallery. Choose a pre made color palette from Shootstack or create your own. To create your own color palette go to branding and add different color palettes here. Now your galleries can match your brand perfectly.

Grid Layout

Next, choose the layout for your gallery grid. Opt for a vertical, horizontal, or standard grid layout. You can immediately see how this looks in your gallery in the preview on the right.

Note: If you don't see your grid, click on the Grid tab below the preview.

Photo Size

You can also choose the size of your photos for the grid. If you have a gallery with fewer photos, "L" may be ideal. If you have more photos, you may prefer "S" or "M."

Spacing Between Photos

Finally, adjust the spacing between the photos. If you want the photos close together, decrease the space between them. If you prefer more space between the photos, move the slider to the right.

You can experiment endlessly to find what looks best for your gallery.

Adding Branding

Do you want to add your own logo and favicon to your gallery? You can! Go to the Branding tab and upload your logo. Your logo will be displayed on the cover of your gallery and at the bottom of the page. You can also upload your own watermark, this is very nice for favorite proofing.
