There are two ways you can change your password. You can change your password while logged in or while logged out.

Changing your password while logged in:

1. Click on Account at the top right corner of the page, go to the General tab.

2. Go to the Change Password section.

3. Enter your current password, your new password, and click on Save.

4. Choose a strong password consisting of at least 8 characters. Use combinations of numbers, symbols, and (upper and lower case) letters to secure your account.

Changing your password while logged out:

1. Go to www.shootstack.io/login.

2. Click on Forgot Password.

3. Enter the email address associated with your Shootstack account.

4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

5. Enter and confirm your new password.

6. You can now log in using your new password.

Having trouble accessing your account? If you've reset your password and still can't access your account:

• Make sure you're using the correct email address when logging in.

• Wait for 30 minutes before attempting to log in again, as you may have entered your password incorrectly too many times, resulting in a temporary block by the system.

• After this 30-minute period, you can try logging in again via Shootstack.io or request a new password again.
