Causes & Solutions:

Most common: You're not using a supported browser or your browser needs to be updated or refreshed. We recommend using Google Chrome. Refresh your browser on Mac with: cmd + shift + R and on Windows with: Ctrl + F5.

Your browser has just been updated and needs to be restarted. Close your browser completely and reopen it. It's also a good idea to restart your computer.

You have no (or poor) internet connection. Check your connection and try reconnecting to the internet.

You have extremely fast internet. If you have extremely fast internet, you may hit our server's security limit, causing the upload to fail. You can resolve this by uploading your photos in smaller batches. (For example, you could try uploading photos in batches of 25.)
