What does bandwidth mean
Learn more about your bandwidth
Last updated on January 17, 2024
In Shootstack, bandwidth refers to the amount of data you can download each month, typically measured in GB. With our plans, you have the flexibility to download up to 10 times the GB included in your plan every month.
Your bandwidth usage is calculated based on the size of the files you download and how many times you download them. For instance, if your plan includes 10GB of bandwidth, you clients can download up to 100GB of data per month.
If you exceed your bandwidth limit for your plan, your Shootstack account won't be suspended right away. Instead, you'll receive a notification informing you of the excess usage and suggesting options to manage it, such as upgrading your plan to accommodate the increased download needs.
