For each gallery, you can adjust the download settings via the Downloads tab. Here, you can provide clients with the option to download photos in different formats.

Full gallery download

If you want to allow clients to download the entire gallery, toggle the "Full Gallery Download" option on.

Next, select the format in which clients can download all the photos from the gallery. The original format contains your originally uploaded photo format. The web format is 2048 pixels and suitable for online use. You can also check both options.

Full gallery download limit

Choose a download limit to prevent clients from downloading the gallery excessively. When a gallery is downloaded too frequently, it can affect your bandwidth (learn more).

Note: On average, clients do not download a full gallery more than 2 times. YYou can always increase this number if your client reaches the limit.

Single photo download

If you want to allow clients to download photos individually from the gallery, enable "Single Photo Download" and select the format. You can also check both options.

If you want to limit the single photo downloads for a gallery you can enable the download limit. Specify the amount of single photos that can be downloaded. Communicate this to the client. You can review the downloaded photos under the Activities tab and then Photo downloads.

💡 Tip: Allow clients to download individual photos in web format. This allows them to use and share them online immediately. Always clearly communicate the difference to the client.

View downloads activities

Click on the Activities tab and then Gallery / Photo downloads to view all client activities. Here, you can see the full gallery downloads and single photo downloads. You can also view the download resolution and date.

Pin protection

You can secure downloads with a pin code. When set, clients must enter the code before downloading photos. This prevents unauthorized downloads and provides both you and the client with a sense of security.
