You can send your galleries directly with Shootstack. To view the sent galleries and emails, click on the Sent tab at the very top. Here, you will see all the sent galleries, recipients, status, and the message.

You can also view the status of each email by clicking on the appropriate email and then selecting "Email Activities". Here, you can see if and when your email was received and viewed.

Email status meaning

• Sent: The email has been sent.

• Undeliverable: The email could not be delivered. Please check the email address and try again.

• Delivered: (your client) has received the email.

• Opened: (your client) has opened the email.

• Clicked: (your client) has opened the gallery.

• Bounced: The email could not be delivered to (your client). Please check the email address and try again.

• Spam Complaint: (your client) has marked the email as spam. Learn more about spam complaints here.

• Blocked: The email could not be delivered because it has been blocked. Please contact our customer service for more information.
